Carter Bane Patterson. Everyone remember 7 months ago. OK, maybe not 7 months ago today, but remember those eyes. You know what I am talking about. If you don't, then check out the post from the beginning of April. AAAHHHH, how grateful I am that the body heals!
Carter Bane is sleeping soundly on my chest right now. It is not very often this happens. It is so nice to relish in the sweetness of a baby's steady breathing and absolute rest. He hasn't a care in the world. There are days it would be nice to sleep so soundly and think so little.
Ever wonder what a baby thinks? One day, I would like to know.
These last few months have been hard, not with Carter but with the busyness of life. It is time to take a step back and reevaluate. The next weeks are going to bring lots of change, scary and exciting. I will fill you in soon.
